
Students learn an open style of karate based on Tae Kwon Do.

Youth Classes focus on learning self esteem, discipline, confidence, goal setting, perseverence, and cooperation. The kids program can teach your child the skills they need to overcome challenges and to meet the demands of todays world.

Adults classes build fitness, confidence, self defense skills, and self esteem. You are only asked to do your best and our instructors will work with any limitations you may have. All ages and fitness levels are accepted.
